We are fully insured and more importantly our insurance cover is tailor made to cover our business.This means our clients are fully covered.

On all large projects our quotations are based on a quantity surveyors report, which means there is no guess work when it comes to the real costs. It is essential to get a proper quotation as a client’s whole financial position depends on getting this part right. 

We source all materials required for a project at the cheapest trade prices available and because all trade prices are passed directly on to our clients it means they save a small fortune.

We work on a stage payment system which means we do not take large deposits at the start of any project. Only as the work progresses and all concerned are pleased with the results will our clients be asked to part with their hard earned savings.

Our tradesmen/labourers are hardworking respectful lads who make sure all works are carried out to a very high standard. All our sub contractors are experienced tradesmen, who are fully insured to carry out their work.
